Every grade is fully functional, tested and certified with PhoneCheck, and unlocked — no carrier lock, no iCloud lock and no MDM lock. Each grade is also available in a 100 version (A100, B100, BV100, CS100, C100, D100) with 100% battery health on all models.

Grade A

Devices can be expected to be fully functional and in excellent condition. These may include minimal imperfections and may have little to no signs of use.

CTIA equivalent: A+ (B+ when battery health is below 80%)

Physical Appearance

Product will appear new at first glance.
Screen will be like new. May have microscopic imperfections. No chips or deep scratches.
On the housing and back there may be light scratches and light scuffs. No chips or deep scratches.

Functionally

Fully functioning product — tested and certified with PhoneCheck.
For iPhone series 14 and up: battery health guaranteed above 80%.
30+ point inspection passed.
Unlocked — no carrier lock, no iCloud lock and no MDM lock.

Devices can be expected to be fully functional and in good condition. Devices may include blemishes and scratches on the screen and more obvious signs of use on the housing than Grade B. No chips or cracks.

Physical Appearance

Product will appear to be in good condition.
Screen may include blemishes, scuffs and a few scratches.
Housing and back may include dents, scratches, scuffs and discoloration. May not be bent or cracked.
No chips or cracks on the front or back glass.

Grade CS — C Body, Screen Like New

Formerly C+ — renamed from our previous grading scale.

Devices can be expected to be fully functional. It will have a heavily used housing but an almost perfect glass. In most cases the screen glass has been refurbished (reglass). This grade is ready to sell and when packaged with a phone case makes a very attractive low-price option.

CTIA equivalent: C+

Physical Appearance

Product will appear good from the front screen and fair from the sides and back.
Screen may include very light scratches and scuffs. No chips or deep scratches.
Housing and back may include significant dents, scratches, scuffs, chips and/or discoloration. No bending. No cracks.
Housing paint chipping and deeper marks may be present.

Functionally

Fully functioning product — tested and certified with PhoneCheck.

Devices can be expected to be fully functional and in heavily used condition. Device is fully functional and will have scratches and obvious signs of use. (Good product for refurbishing.)

Screen may include heavy blemishes, scuffs, scratches, and minor chips.
Housing and back may include dents, scratches, scuffs, minor chips and discoloration. Bent is permitted. No cracks.
Paint chipping may be present.

Grade D — Cracked Glass (Front and/or Back), Fully Functional

Devices can be expected to be fully functional, with cracked glass on the front and/or the back. The display underneath works normally.

CTIA equivalent: D+

Physical Appearance

Product may be in excellent, good, or fair condition apart from the cracked glass.
Front glass may be cracked. The display itself works normally — no dead pixels, lines, white spots or touch issues.
Back glass may be cracked. Housing and back may include small dents, discoloration, scratches and other imperfections.

Functionally
